We invite you to join our team in Ukraine, where you will have the opportunity to cooperate with our large international client in the role of Account Group Head. 

Responsibilities:

• Building, maintaining and developing long-term relationships with the client. 

• Deep understanding of customer needs, business goals and brand essence. 

• Be the point of contact for designated client business units at all stages of the project, ensuring effective and timely communication between clients and agency. 

• Participation in formulating and improving media strategies. 

• Understanding the media landscape, including trends, audience segmentation and media consumption patterns. 

• Participation in turning strategic media plans into actionable, detailed tactics. 

• Ensuring that campaign objectives are met within agreed budget parameters. 

• Proactive identification of potential problems and development of solutions. 

• Interaction from withinby other agency teams to ensure clients' advertising campaigns. 

• Documentation, invoicing and other administrative tasks. 

• Collecting campaign performance data for client reports, participating in the preparation of client presentations and updates. 

• Participating in market research or competitor analysis as necessary to inform campaign strategies. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related field. 

• 3+ years in advertising, team management

• Strong leadership, team and analytical skills. 
• Budget management and customer relationship management. 
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge of the English language at a level no lower than Intermediate.
