EXTEMPORE Ukraine & Europe — provider of postgraduate education for doctors, is looking for a proactive, communicatively active, optimistic project manager for its team.

What will need to be done:

• Create, implement, analyze conference projects - Ukraine and the world.
• Participant engagement management - Ukraine and the world.
• Speaker engagement management - Ukraine and the world. Development and management of relations with clients of conference projects (pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers of equipment, testing systems, service companies, etc.) — business development — Ukraine and the world. Support communication / feedback with participants of conference projects.
• National and international certification of conference projects.
• Preparation of conference project materials, technical assistance in conducting live broadcasts.

• Management, control and editing / addition of the business web platform and systems related to it (tilda / other constructor - wordpress / other - payment systems - senders).

Requirements for knowledge and skills:

• orientation on growth and development, high IQ, global outlook;
• literate and fluent Ukrainian and English (spoken, written);
• confident user of Google / Microsoft, messengers and video conferencing services/platforms;
• project management skills, experience in making presentations;
• skills for working with site databases / payment systems;
• experience in setting up and monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns in Google / YTube, Facebook / Instagram / What'sApp, Linked In will be an advantage;
• ability to work with site designers, graphic programs, knowledge of technologies and solutions for international online sales will be an advantage.

Terms of cooperation:

• Remote workplace
• Floating schedule, 40 hours per week
• Remuneration - size according to the conditions of the interview
• Signing of Loyalty Contract for a period of 2 years, with the condition of leaving the business within 2 months from the moment of submitting the application)
• National and international trips are possible
