We are looking for a Specialist Cash Assistance Programs for our international team!

The Cash Assistance Program Specialist is primarily responsible for the preparation and implementation of the registration and distribution of cash assistance in the target communities, as well as for ensuring compliance with the relevant SOPs. The Cash Assistance Program Specialist plays a leading role in a specific geographic area and, under the direction of the Coordinator Programs, is the first point of contact for local authorities and other NGOs working in this area.

Tasks and responsibilities

Program activity:

  • Ensure the effective implementation of projects within the framework of the approved work plan.
  • Lead and participate in registration processes.
  • Daily report on the progress of implementation of monetary program activities assistance, update the database and share key information with the Project Coordinator.
  • Ensure that critical steps for successful project implementation are completed and documented using verification sources.
  • Immediately inform the Program Coordinator about any delays in implementation or technical problems in the execution of works.
  • Develop and maintain positive relations with NGOs, local authorities and other interested parties in relevant areas.

Supervision and management:

  • Lead and manage a team of assistants, dealing with issues of planning, development efficiency and ensuring a favorable team atmosphere.
  • Daily monitor and report on the progress of team members.
  • < li>Provideand compliance with SOPs in the field of cash assistance.
  • make sure that team members understand the project, its goals and objectives.
