your tasks will be:

• Development, analysis and optimization of a company's compensation system;

• Preparing data for wage and budgeting;

• Participation in regular wage market reviews and tracking changes occurring in the labor market;

• Participation in the formation of wage plugs taking into account market trends, fair pay and territorial coefficients;

• Involve in the development and management of a graining wage structure;

• Making and adjusting current primary information in the ERP system;

• Preparing analytical reports and recommendations.
