The company VirStaging co.  announces a competition for the vacancy of a 3d visualizer/virtual stager

Requirements: 

• ownership of 3dx Max and Photoshop programs at a professional level. Corona render is a must

• Ability to work with textures, light and shadows for realistic results.

• Availability of a portfolio
• Work experience in the field of interior design or architecture is welcome.

Technical requirements for hardware:

• Powerful PC or laptop with minimum specifications:
• Processor: Intel Core i7 or AMD Ryzen 7 (or more powerful)
• Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 / RTX 3060 or AMD equivalent (minimum 6 GB of video memory)
• RAM: 16 GB (32 GB is recommended for working with large scenes)
• Disk: SSD with a volume of 512 GB or more (for fast file processing)
• Monitor: Resolution at least Full HD (1920x1080), preferably 4K for more accurate work with details.
  Software:
• Availability of installed programs for work: 3D visualization: 3ds Max 2021.
• Rendering: V-Ray, Corona Renderer
• Graphic processing: Adobe Photoshop (required)
• Experience in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or other CAD programs.
  Internet: high-speed Internet

Responsibilities:

• virtual photo staging (virtual staging) - integration of 3D models into 2D photos
• Virtual Renovation — replacement of floors, walls, windows in 2D photos to demonstrate potential renovations
• construction of 3D interior scenes

Working conditions:
