3D Artist / Architectural Visualiser in Perspective Project

Outsourced cooperation. Project and regular employment Perspective Project is forming an outsourced pool of 3D artists and architectural visualizers to work with international architecture and design studios, mostly from Australia. We are looking for specialists with whom we can build long-term and stable cooperation depending on the volume and type of projects.

This is not a full-time position and not a one-time part-time job. The format involves regular involvement in commercial projects within the scope of outsourced cooperation with clearly defined tasks, deadlines and requirements.

Work format

The work is performed remotely. Tasks are assigned project-wise with a clear technical task and expected result. Communication is structured, without chaotic edits and constant changes in the process.

Main tasks

Creation of interior and sometimes exterior visualizations based on ready-made models. Materialization of scenes according to the references provided. Lighting settings. Basic scene styling. Preparation of renderings for transfer to the client. Making edits based on structured feedback.

Mandatory professional requirements

Confident mastery of 3ds Max as the main working tool. Experience with Corona Render is a must. Understanding the principles of physically correct lighting and materials. Experience in commercial interior rendering. Ability to work with ready-made models and read architectural drawings. Basic post-processing skills in Photoshop. Neat organization of scenes and files.

Would be an advantage

Experience with Unreal Engine, D5 Render, Twinmotion, Chaos Vantage, Lumen or other real-time or offline rendering engines. Experience using AI tools in your workflow, including Nano Banana Pro, Higgsfield, Magnific or similar solutions. Experience with international commercial projects and understanding of architectural visualization standards for Western markets.
