We’re looking for 3D artists specializing in architectural and real estate rendering. Our work involves creating photorealistic visuals for developers, architects, and designers across the USA.We’re a global, remote-first team with a culture built on trust, respect, and accountability. We’re focused on producing quality work while respecting work-life balance.If you have experience in interior, exterior, and virtual tour renderings, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities• Turn architectural designs into compelling, photorealistic visuals that communicate a project’s value.• Interpret plans and briefs to create accurate, realistic images.• Collaborate with the team to align deliverables with client expectations and deadlines.• Provide regular updates to the project manager, ensuring clarity on timelines, challenges, and feedback.• Handle client feedback efficiently by proposing solutions and driving the project forward.• Maintain accuracy by keeping visuals updated with the latest design changes and project specifications.• Stay adaptable to new tools and techniques to improve quality and workflow efficiency.Requirements• Proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer or V-Ray and Photoshop.• Experience in architectural visualization.• Ability to interpret plans and deliver high-quality visuals without supervision.• Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.• Understanding of architecture and real estate.• Intermediate English for clear communication and project updates.What We Offer• A remote role with the opportunity to work on architectural and real estate projects across the USA.• A collaborative, young team from different countries and backgrounds.• 24 paid leaves per year, minimum.• Salary range: $1,000 to $1,500 per month, based on experience and skills.• Opportunities to grow as we aim to work on larger, more complex projects.How to ApplySend your portfolio to [email protected] with the subject line:“3D Artist Application – [Your Name]”Quality matters to us — and so do the people behind it.
