1st line system administrator in EvoPlay

We are looking for a 1st line system administrator!

Evoplay — one of the leading product IT companies of Ukraine, which works on the international market and creates complex B2B solutions for the online industry games.

Responsibilities:

• configuration and support of Active Directory, GPO, Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019-2021;
• work with Jira and other task management systems;
• installation, configuration, repair and support of computer equipment;
• monitoring the current state of systems, solving user requests;
• informing users about current problems and their solutions;
• coordinating mailings regarding scheduled and unscheduled technical work;
• receiving and checking equipment from employees who are leaving;
• deploying and creating Windows images, BIOS settings;
• working with cloud services and remote control systems (RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk).

Requirements:

• 1 year of work experience in a similar position (or willingness to consider candidates without experience, but with a desire to develop);
• knowledge of Windows, Linux, MAC OS operating systems at the level of an advanced user (installing drivers, configuring software provision);
• Windows and Mac administration skills, installation and configuration of application software;
• willingness to work in a team, attention to detail, responsibility, punctuality and desire to learn
