In order to strengthen the team and increase the efficiency of business processes, we are looking for a Analyst who has a deep understanding of the system, can analyze them, find optimization points and develop the system according to the needs of the business.


What we trust you with:

- analysis of the current configuration of 1C:ERP and existing business processes;
- collection, formalization and clarification of requirements from business users;
- description and optimization of business processes in 1C:
- preparation of technical tasks for developers (internal or outsourced); font-weight: 400"/>- participation in the selection of optimal solutions for the implementation of tasks;
- analysis of problems in the system, participation in their elimination and improvement of performance;
participation in 1C:ERP development, refinement and migration projectsght: 400">What we expect:

- from 2 years of experience with 1C:ERP (as an analyst / consultant / functional specialist);
- deep understanding of the principles of accounting and ERP systems;
- experience of participating in the implementation or development of accounting systems;
- skills of collecting requirements, analyzing user needs and forming technical specifications;
- understanding issues of productivity, database logic and interaction of 1C modules;
- experience with 1C integrations with other corporate systems (API, data exchange);
- ability to communicate with business users, developers and contractors;
- analytical thinking, systematic approach and focus on business results.
