External Player Support Agent (Night Shifts) in Plarium

The successful candidate will work remotely.Plarium is an international developer of award-winning mobile and desktop games.We are looking for talented Player Support Agent to work with our external support team for players of RAID: Shadow Legends, a mobile MMORPG that combines battle collection mechanics and cutting-edge graphics in a dark fantasy setting. Our flagship title is enjoyed by more than 81 million players worldwide — you can find it on iOS, Android, and PC/Mac.The position involves 8 weeks of training: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:30 Kyiv time (GMT+3). Upon completion of this training, work will be in shifts from 21:30 to 06:00 Kyiv time (GMT+3). Work schedules may change within the night hours.For this position, it is important to have Ukrainian citizenship or a work permit for Ukraine.
