Effective product life cycle management — from architecture design to deployment and production support.

Ensuring successful releases, operational efficiency and high quality of services, compliance with planned deadlines and compliance with requirements.

Task:

Management of configuration and development teams in general: ensuring team integrity, long-term planning, efficiency in achieving goals.

Working with current teams and ensuring an efficient recruitment system for new talent.

Organization of project planning and evaluation processes.

Organization and management of development processes: selection of technologies, development methodologies, ensuring implementation of plans.

Increasing the efficiency of the organization of development, testing, deployment processes together with leads.

Management of the delivery process with regard to technical and teamwork.

Conducting regular sessions to analyze bottlenecks and assess risks that may affect the achievement of goals.

Work and communications with stakeholders.

Reporting.

Come to us if you have experience in independent web development (of which at least 3 years in commercial projects) , as well as:

• knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite);
• understanding the principles of back-end development (REST, API, Microservices);
• excellent knowledge of web technologies;
• knowledge of the principles of web development, web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS);
• basic knowledge of systems administration;
• knowledge of design patterns;
• the ability to read and understand someone else's code to localize the problem; the ability to validate technical solutions;
• managerial competencies: strategic thinking, correct prioritization, ability to work with numbers, management of changes, projects, people;
• knowledge and practical experience of applying various development models;
• fluency in bug tracking and planning tools.
