WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Director of the Marketing Department

(with responsibilities of a BizDev manager)

This is a manager who is responsible for the strategy of promoting IT products and IT services on the market, creating a base of potential customers.

Routine tasks of the Marketing Director include IT analysis of the market and sales channels, creation and implementation of marketing strategies, introduction of new products to the market, creation of advertising, Internet promotion, brand formation, communication and coordination of joint work with other divisions.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• At least 3 years of successful work experience in the field of digital marketing, which confirms certain results: audience growth, increase in conversions, etc.;
• Advanced level of English, both oral and written;
• Experience in creating and managing successful marketing strategies;
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of working with various digital marketing channels;
• Management experience: personnel selection, goal setting and monitoring, analysis of results, development of business processes of the unit;
• Broad knowledge of marketing and product;
• Deep understanding of reporting and analysis tools, ability to consolidate data from various sources;
• Working with the latest software and services for automating analytics and marketing;
• Analytical thinking, the ability to make decisions based on the received data with a positive impact on the company's marketing results;
• Knowledge of budgeting principles;
• Strong presentation skills to share personal and team results;
• Orientation to results, responsibility and creativity, high level of self-organization.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of marketing strategy.
• Analysis of the market environment and sales channels.
• Monitoring of marketing activities and prices of competitors.
• Forecasting consumer demand.
• Drafting and implementation of a marketing plan, brand management. Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities, if necessary, its adjustment.
• Advertising, Internet promotion:
• Development of campaigns and promotions, implementation and evaluation of their effectiveness.
• Budgeting: planning expenses for a month, quarter, year and their control.
• Marketing research, analysis of competitors.
• Interaction with advertising agencies, partners. Management of employees (marketers, copywriters, designers, lead generators, etc.) - selection, training, evaluation.
• For the first 6 months (September 2022-February 2023), the Marketing Director must also perform the functions of the BizDev Manager, i.e.:
• communication with the team (marketing department), clients, partners;
• formation of commercial offers, contracts;
• analysis of current affairs in the project;
• study of industry trends;
• study of current opportunities for business expansion

It will be a plus:

• Experience in working with IT;
• Experience working with foreign markets;
• Management of entering new markets;
• Experience of cooperation with remote/foreign employees;
