Job responsibilities:
• Development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase circulation and profitability.
• Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify key opportunities and challenges.
• Web presence management, including social media and content strategy. Filling the content of social networks and the website.
• Planning and implementation of advertising campaigns and promotions to increase sales.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of all lead generation channels, optimization of sales funnels in synergy with the sales department
• Coordination of launch of advertising campaigns, monitoring and analysis of media indicators
• Control of the creation of advertising materials: POSM, photo, video and audio content
• Monitoring of KPIs, preparation of internal reports
• Setting tasks and monitoring the work of contractors: designer, photographer, video production, developers, video production team, copywriter, etc.
Requirements:
• Marketing experience, technology or retail preferred.
• Knowledge of modern marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Confident skills in working with social networks and Internet advertising.
• Activity, initiative, stress resistance and business orientation
• Ability to work in a team and establish partnerships.
