Digital marketer in Recruiting Support

Tasks:

• development and implementation of a customer relationship development strategy,
• customer experience management, improvement of active customer retention and passive customer return;
• conducting communication campaigns: planning, conducting and analyzing the effectiveness of e-mail, sms, viber, telegram, mob push etc mailings;
• segmentation of the base, setting up trigger chains for the client base in order to maximize the frequency of purchases, CX, Retention, LTV of the client.

We expect you to have:

• at least 1 year experience with similar functionality (direct- or email-marketer);
• knowledge of HTML and CSS and the peculiarities of the layout of letters;
• experience with various CRM systems and mailing services;
• experience in retail: groceries, droggers, appliances, will also be an advantage.

Conditions:

• high pay from 30,000 hryvnia,
• location metro Chernigovskaya,
• schedule Mon-Fri from 9:00 to 18:00 or from 10: 00-19: 00, lunch at 13:00,
