EOS Data Analytics is an IT product company, headquartered in the USA, California, and development centers in Ukraine - Kiev, Dnipro, Kharkov Zaporozhye, offers simple and reliable tools for searching, processing and analyzing large amounts of satellite data. In connection with the expansion, EOS Data Analytics invites a Middle + / Senior DevOps Engineer to join its team. ** Requirements: ** * 3+ years of practical experience in commercial projects - AWS EC2, S3, IAM; * practical experience with databases - PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, ClickHouse. Good understanding of the principles of work, clustering, reasoned use in different areas and situations; * skills in configuring systems for working with queues - RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka; * deployment and configuration of the python environment; * confident use and a good understanding of the principles of Docker; * experience in setting up and using orchestration systems (at least 2 years of commercial operation); * experience of practical configuration and understanding of the architecture and principles of operation of CI / CD systems (or one of them) - Jenkins, TC, GitLab CI; * Experience in practical configuration of monitoring systems Zabbix, NetData; * Experience in practical application of systems for collecting and visualizing logs and errors GreyLog, Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry. (from 2 years of commercial operation) * understanding of the IaC (Infrastructure as Code) approach; * experience in writing scripts to automate processes (one of) - bash, python, golang; * 1 year experience of practical administration of Linux / Unix systems; * confident understanding of the OSI model, understanding of the applied component; * knowledge of network protocols HTTP (S), DNS, SSL, WebSocket, TCP / IP, UDP, etc .; * knowledge of English at the level of reading / understanding technical documentation. ** It will be a plus: ** * experience of practical application of the AWS Organization and the Role Model in commercial projects; * practical experience with Docker, docker-compose, docker-services, kubernetes; * experience in practical application and customization of CI / CD systems; * experience in the practical application of IaC - terraform, Cloud Formation; * understanding and experience of practical application of the configuration of network structures; * experience in configuring product systems; * experience in scripting to automate processes using the vendor API. ** Main tasks: ** * infrastructure development and planning processes; * deployment and configuration of new services in the AWS cloud; * creation and development of tools for automation of development, delivery and deployment of code; * support / optimization of the existing infrastructure; * creating bash / python / golang scripts to automate routine tasks. ** What the company offers: ** * annual paid vacation - 20 working days; * paid sick leave; * reimbursement of expenses related to travel and conferences; * selection of personal development plans (hard-skills and soft-skills development - mix); * compensation of 50% of the cost of a subscription to the health / sports center; * compensation of 50% of the cost of foreign language courses; * compensation of 50% of the cost of medical insurance costs (after the conclusion of an agreement with the company); * income linked to the USD exchange rate.
