Requirements:

Engineering manager who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day project planning and execution of software development projects in various domains, mostly embedded and automotive. This position will include driving engineering execution, technical leadership, project planning, project documentation, communication, and management reporting.

At least 4 years of experience in Software Development (preferably in embedded)

At least 2 years of experience in Project Management

Proven track of managing a team of 10+ engineers and fix price projects

Experience in managing complex engineering projects, managing budgets and crisis management

Good grasp of modern SDLC methodologies and management principles/techniques

Experience in establishing/tailoring project process

Being able to elicit, document and prioritize project requirements

Good planning and organizational skills

Willingness for teamwork with peers and at the same time self-starter

Experience in mentoring team leads/team members

Having understanding of motivational principles and what drives people towards results

Capability to recognize weak points, risks, and dependencies, ability to address them

Fulfilling commitments and willingness to show initiative

Energy to build the team and drive it to success, be a role model.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills

Experience in working with foreign customers in the IT industry

Fluent English in technical application

Job Responsibilities:

Leading a team of engineers working on the interdependent projects

Managing scope, budget, quality and estimations for the projects

Communicate with multiple stakeholders on client and GlobalLogic side

Drive team towards technical issues resolution

Manage risks and changes and archive on-time and on-quality delivery

Preparation of offers and contract for new business opportunities

Wage: From 3000€/gross. Final salary will reflect your skills and experience
