Your future tasks:

・regular monitoring of key PSP performance indicators across different GEOs and user cohorts

・analysis of indicators and optimization of cash register operations (routing: cascading payments, disabling methods, etc.)

・distribution of streams between different providers

・analytics of payment behavior of different user segments

・Improvement of the monitoring system – formulation of TOR for analytical reports and alerts

・tracking and responding to alerts on an ongoing basis

・Interaction with PSP on troubleshooting the performance of channels and methods, processing customer complaints regarding unsuccessful transactions

・cross-team interaction

・initiating the search for new payment partners or channels.

Your experience is relevant to us if you:

・you have experience working with big data, analytics, metrics and indicators of online products

・you know the methods of analytics and forecasting, have knowledge of statistics and the basics of linear algebra

・you have high-level Excel/Google Sheets skills.

The plus will be:

・understanding of how online payments work, or experience working with payments

・SQL/Python knowledge for creating queries

・experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)

・Understanding and experience with product metrics (conversion, average check, LTV, AR, etc.).
