We are looking for a professional customer support, who will work with inbound and outbound leads and help our clients with their needs. Requirements: High-level of English (Advanced or Fluent) — is a MUST, other language (s) is a +; STRONG written and verbal communication skills; Technical skill is a +; Ability to work independently; Experience inbound and out bound calls Ability to work with a great deal of information; Efficient time-management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; Ability to understand customer’s business (basic knowledge of business intelligence); Responsibilities: Communication with clients in English; Help customers with their needs, quick solving the problems.
