Customer Support Engineer

Requirements: Linux shell; MySQL; Bug Tracking Systems (Youtrack, Jira, etc); HTML & CSS; Intermediate English. Responsibilities: Provide technical support for our customers on chat, email; Collaborate with the development team on issues escalation; System monitoring. Will be a plus: Practical knowledge of JavaScript; Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively; Ability to work independently.
