For the position of CRM manager, we are looking for a person who will play a key role in the formation and implementation of marketing, acquisition and retention strategies from scratch. The position requires creative thinking and a deep understanding of the online gambling industry, experience and knowledge of the specifics of social and sweepstakes casinos in North America (Social and Sweepstakes casinos) will be a particular advantage.
Key responsibilities:
Developing and implementing a CRM strategy that aligns with our brand goals and drives user engagement and retention.
Evaluating, selecting and managing interactions with CRM platform providers, ensuring compliance of our software with advanced industry standards (e.g. Optimove, Xtremepush, Salesforce).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate CRM strategies across all stages of customer engagement.
Development and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns using data analytics, monitoring and optimization of strategies to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Implement and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
Overseeing the development and management of customer segmentation models to ensure individual customer service.
Preparation and management of the budget of the CRM department, ensuring the effective allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
Advancing the development of our CRM capabilities by staying ahead of market trends and innovations.
At the next stage, the creation and management of the CRM department, the formation of a team of professionals to support the growth of the brand.
Candidate requirements:
Proven experience in CRM. Preference is given to candidates who have worked in an online real money casino, social casino or Free-to-Play games.
Hands-on experience with major CRM platforms (eg Optimove, Xtremepush, Salesforce) and deep understanding of CRM best practices. - REQUIRED
High analytical skills and the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills with experience building and scaling CRM initiatives from the ground up.
Outstanding leadership skills, ability to develop and manage a CRM team.
Creative thinking with a customer focus, ability to implement innovations and strategies that increase customer loyalty and retention.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively with different teams and departments.
