CRM-CDP in Gamicorp

Tasks:

- Implementation, integration and support of ESP/CRM/CDP systems, data saturation, empowerment.

- Setting up support and control of communication channels: sms, email, web-push, outgoing call center line, Voice broadcasting (robotic calls), in-app.

- Planning, launching and monitoring the performance of automated (trigger) chains of direct communications.

- Separate work with the email channel - setup, layout, warming up domains and ip, reputation monitoring (postmasters).

- Implementation of in-app channels, automation of communications, refinement and improvement of the channel.

- Development and maintenance of a common communications map.

- Implementation of improvements to existing systems, optimization of current processes.

- Search for growth points and process automation for the team launching marketing activities.

- Development of marketing mechanics and products for an active client base and outflow.

- Conducting AB tests and optimizing the financial costs of communication channels.

Requirements:

- From 3 years experience. If you are not yet 3 years old, but you have experience in everything described, respond.

- You know the basics of API integrations and data exchange (connection of additional gateways of communication tools).

- You can write basic SQL queries, understand what data architecture is, and have experience interacting with BI analysts and products.

- The ability to dive into the segmentation of the base and look for growth points.

- You know the Retention direction metrics.

- You know the standards and benchmarks of direct communication channels.

- Knowledge of tools: Mindbox, Optimove, Sendpulse, Firebase, Stripo, PowerBI, Excel (VPR, pivot tables), Jira, Miro, Postmaster, Mxtoolbox, Litmus.

- You know how to build beautiful and necessary reports in Excel for any occasion.

- Basic understanding of statistics and probability theory.

- A sense of style in design, the ability to distinguish bad content from good content and return it for revision.
