Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager in Netpeak Group

The content for which the landing page editor is responsible is at the stage of early interaction with the user. Therefore, the specialist's task is to think through and optimize the pages in such a way as to attract new visitors to use the product — a platform for search marketing specialists. An understanding of CRO approaches, experience in content marketing and SEO will be required.

Required professional knowledge and skills:

1. Skills of working with texts: systematization of information, ability to write and edit texts for landing pages, adaptation of the text to the audience, format and purpose of the content.

2. English language level from Upper Intermediate.

3. Understanding the principles of CRO.

It will be a plus:

1. Experience in creating landing pages: from concept formation to text writing and optimization for search engines.

2. Experience in A/B testing, successful cases of increasing content conversions.

Personal qualities:

1. Initiative. We need a person who will independently generate ideas for landing pages, taking into account the positioning of the product and the characteristics of the target audience.

2. Independence. The ideal editor is able to organize the preparation of the landing page "turnkey" from the concept to the preparation of the text and optimization of the page with the help of SEO and designers.

Functional duties:

1. Development of a direction content strategy and a content plan for regular publication, optimization and updating of landing pages for advertising campaigns or organics.

2. Writing and editing texts for landing pages, taking into account the positioning of the product and the target audience in English.

3. Analysis of landing page effectiveness (conversions to registration, demo request, trial activation, etc.).

4. Formulation of hypotheses and conducting experiments to optimize conversions.

5. Interaction with SEO and User Acquisition specialists, PMM, designers and translators.

6. Analysis of landing pages of niche leaders and generation of ideas for new pages, addition of product positioning.
