- Creating high-quality content on themes related to recruitment and IT.
- Researching content on international recruitment and creating insights on global hiring trends.
- Proposing content transformation ideas based on data analysis.
- Managing content calendars, scheduling publications, and ensuring timely, quality content delivery.
- Promoting content across various LinkedIn groups to increase engagement and reach.
Qualifications:
- Creativity in making an engaging story out of a few facts.
- Technical abilities to generate content and make it attractive to potential clients.
- Being able to convert texts into calls to action and discovery calls.
- High productivity and ability to post several content pieces per day.
- Proficiency in written English at B2 to C1 level.
KPIs
- Content Quantity: track the volume of content created within specified time frames.
- Audience Engagement: monitor LinkedIn page metrics like post likes, shares, and comments.
- Conversion Rate: assess the effectiveness of content in achieving conversion goals, such as discovery calls booked for the sales team.
