Main duties:
-Develop the company through media with own and earned resources.
-Lead daily marketing tasks.
-Manage direct campaigns with a marketing agency.
-Develop strategies for social media, influencers and communities.
-Manage social networks and interact with the Pebbles Ai community.
-Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials.
-Be the point of contact for all incoming inquiries on the Pebbles Ai platform.
-Support the CEO in daily sales operations.
-Analyze engagement data and adjust strategies for community growth.
-Conduct webinars, AMAs (questions and answers) and virtual events to support the brand.
-Develop and support ambassadors (key users) in the community.
-Ensure timely and constant content creation for all community channels.
-Proactively address negative feedback or community issues.
-Communicate community insights to product teams and CEOs.
-Constantly monitor industry trends and actions of competitors.
Technical skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
-High level of English language proficiency (C1 or C2) in both written and oral form.
- Ability to work with Excel and Google Sheets.
-Skills in using tools such as Zoom or Eventbrite to organize events.
-Experience in developing effective marketing plans.
-Deep understanding of AI Prompt Engineering.
-Master's degree in marketing, business or related field.
-Experience in SaaS (B2B B2B2C).
Software skills:
-Active worker and leader by nature.

-Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
-Ability to work within deadlines and be flexible.
-Ability to build and maintain relationships with key influencers, partners and community leaders.
