Currently seeking a Chief Marketing Officer with 2+ years of experience for a product that is at the launch stage in the dating industry. You will receive all the necessary resources + full influence and responsibility for the marketing strategy

What kind of background do we expect?

• 2+ years in the position of Head of Marketing / CMO;
• Deep understanding of marketing principles;
• Experience working with budgets over 100k/month;
• Experience in team building (real cases);
• A high level of understanding of analytics + setting tasks for the analyst;
• Experience in forming a market entry plan and implementing this plan;
• Experience working with sources - social / in app.

Your area of responsibility:

• Development of a marketing strategy for product promotion;
• Management and optimization of customer acquisition companies;
• Marketing budget management;
• Development of marketing hypotheses;
• Team recruitment, management and mentoring;
• Communication with other departments, responsibility for setting tasks that will improve indicators;
• Working with analytics, improving indicators;
• Basic processing of SMM of the brand and further adjustment of the vector;
• Communication with stakeholders.
