What you have to deal with

• developing new and existing customer relations to bring rapid growth to Rocketech and specifically Singapore and Asia regions to the next level of success. 
• Identify, target, qualify new business with potential and existing customers in order to meet and exceed revenue and margin objectives.
•  Identify potential customers and analyze the customers’ business, mission, strategy, and operations in order to create and execute a winning strategy. 
• manage sales, budget, and forecast information used in the overall management of the company.
• Assist in development of long-term business and marketing strategy for Rocketech
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers. Cultivate relationships that promote its total capabilities within customer’s and potential customers’ organizations.

What we expect from you

• 5+ years hands-on business development background and proven business development experience in the IT outsourcing/outstaffing area or within software development/IT services companies. 
• Bachelor degree or higher
• A technical background is a plus.
• Strong business acumen developed through a combination of education and experience.
• Should be able to demonstrate relationship building skills and be comfortable interacting with professionals at all organizational levels.
• Solid negotiation skills are required for interaction with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• High level of communication, presentation and business writing skills.
