Description:

We are working in close partnership with a leading supplier of products, solutions, and services for industrial process measurement and automation who is making his shift to Industry 4.0 standards where we have modern technologies, automation, and well-planned, modern-looking software. Last year our client has received two German Innovation Awards.

Currently, we are extending this cooperation to a new site in Germany. We are looking for passionate engineers who are ready to create well described and designed, modern software applications from scratch to join our team in Kraków.

The plan is to create world-class cross-platform (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Web) application in top-notch technologies which will be used all over the world in the Industrial field.

The team will consist of the developers, quality assurance engineers, scrum master, product owner as well as UI/UX designer to make sure we are staying on the latest trends in software development.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering projects
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and software development methodologies
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in working on projects from areas such as Manufacturing
• Strong knowledge and skills in Business Analysis techniques and practices
• Ability to work effectively with all level of stakeholders, customers, and IT teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-Managed, Team Player who is well organized and detail-oriented
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and activities/deliverables(e.g., work planning, estimation, risk management, issue management)
• Strong English (comprehensive written and verbal communication)
• Basic knowledge of UML
• Knowledge of Requirements Management tools

Enterprise Architect, JIRA

Job Responsibilities:

• Create Functional specifications, Use cases, Domain models, Process flow definition, Data flow diagrams, and other BA deliverables.
• Requirements engineering for desktop, web, and mobile software.
• Facilitation of the requirements workshops
• Conduct requirement development process Elicitation, Analysis, Specification, Validation
• Collaborate with UX Designers and Developers and make sure they understand requirements

Nice to have:

• Experience in highly regulated industries such as Pharmaceutical business, Wastewater or Power plants or similar
• Experience in working with Enterprise Architect, Siemens ALM (Polarion), Jira
