Business Analyst in SoftHouseGroup

SoftHouseGroup is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to extend our fast-growing project team with global opportunities to work with Insurance and Financial Services verticals. Required skills: - 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst; - English level — Upper-Intermediate / Advance; - strong verbal & written communication skills; - strong analytical skills; - experience in creating meeting notes, business requirements, - specifications, acceptance criteria in a clear and concise form; - experience in writing technical documentation, creation of system diagrams. Will be a plus: - technical background; - ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment; - knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies; - experience with Jira and Confluence or similar. Daily responsibilities: - participation in daily meetings with the Client; - gather requirements from the Client; - collaborate with the development team to check the technical feasibility of new features; - visualize requirements by creating data flow diagrams; - creation of mockups and visual examples; - meeting notes creation; - creation of tickets in ticket tracking system; - emails review; - reports creation.
