Business Analyst in UCG

DUTIES

Your work consists of the following tasks:

- Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs and teams to achieve common understanding on a technical solution to meet customer needs.

- Manage the discussion of requirements, taking into account the specifics of the project and the wishes of stakeholders.

- Manage solution scope, detect and track ongoing changes. Reconcile and resolve requirements conflicts and issues to full resolution.

- Monitor the implementation of the decision and carry out internal and external coordination of the decision.

- Moderate meetings and workshops.

WORKING CONDITIONS

You will receive from us:

- Flexible work schedule. But this is full-time employment - 40 hours a week.

- Work in remote format. Now the whole team works like this, but we have an office in Dnipro and after the victory it will work again.

- SALARY: $1,500 — $2,000 (depends on your qualifications)

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

This is what you will need for productive work:

- 2 years of work experience as a Business Analyst in an IT company (product or outsource).

- Level of knowledge of the English language: at a high level (B2, C1) - to be able to confidently communicate and argue your thoughts in English.

- A clear understanding of the principles and specifics of software development methodology.

- Skills in working with business analytics tools and methods.

- Knowledge and skills of working with RMT (Requirements Management Tools).

- Knowledge of prototyping tools.
