Business Analyst in TrackEnsure

TrackEnsure Inc. is a product IT company that develops software in the field of logistics, tracking business, warehouse accounting and finance.

The complex of solutions that we create allows us to grow professionals and develop the business of our partners for more than 6 years. Our team consists of 3 areas of development, a huge technical support team, dispatchers, sales and analytics. The entire process of creating a product takes place in one company.

Currently, the TrackEnsure team consists of more than 1000 people, and our offices are located in 4 cities of Ukraine: Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kyiv and Kharkiv.

In connection with the expansion, the company is looking for a Business Analyst .

What knowledge and skills are required:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• knowledge and application of business process modeling techniques;
• experience in writing regulatory documentation;
• ability to work with large volumes of data;
• knowledge of the subject area (service business processes) will be an advantage;
• Higher Education;
• excellent communication skills, proactivity, experience in multitasking and deadlines.

What will be the tasks:

• identification and collection of requirements from the customer;
• analysis, formalization and specification of the requirements of the future product or in terms of already existing functionalities;
• formation of proposals for optimization and improvement of already existing and future business processes;
• coordination of the strategy of improvement and optimization of business processes with internal stakeholders;
• providing recommendations on building and changing an effective organizational structure in accordance with the goals and strategy of the company;
• preparation of documented regulations on BP;
• formation of analytical reports based on the results of BP optimization;
• interact with teams of developers, designers, project managers at the stages of development and testing.
• constant monitoring of changes in the market and within the company and initiation of work on updating processes.
