Professional skills:
At least 2 years of business analysis experience in product development
Experience of conducting interviews with stakeholders, analysis of business needs of the customer
Experience creating project documentation and other materials (BRD, BPMN, use cases, business rules, functional and non-functional specifications, user interface design specifications, user stories, task logs)
Technical interaction with developers
Hands-on experience in key technical business analysis methods (use scenarios, user stories, acceptance criteria, prototyping, mind mapping, functional decomposition, etc.)
Hands-on experience with tools used for business analysis and teamwork activities (modeling and prototyping tools such as Figma, requirements tracking systems such as Jira, Confluence, communication tools, etc.)
Focus on the result, structural and systematic approach to tasks
Practical experience in multitasking

Act as an intermediary between the technical team and stakeholders
Collaborate with technical experts and stakeholders to identify the best possible solutions
Work with the development team and stakeholders to develop and execute plans for testing and validating systems/applications and business requirements, including developing user documentation, preparing training materials for the first project, updating manuals and field communications
Stakeholder meetings to gather functional requirements
Analysis of existing procedures and assessment of requirements to identify system changes
