Business Analyst in Roonyx

Now we are looking for a Business Analyst to join us and work on interesting projects.

About one of the current projects.

It is a storage system of financial statements for Japanese companies. It is supposed to help and solve the problem of storing the data registered on paper records, making tax audit and possible billings’ increases easier. According to Japan Government’s laws it is possible now to develop software and digitalise that kind of processes. Our Client would like to provide a solution as a SaaS system and organize a pilot testing among some of his clients.

The current project may be interesting by:

• its unique subject domain.
• communication directly both with Client and Team.
• opportunity to work with international teams and various projects.        

Tasks:

• collecting and analyzing the Client’s requirements.
• requirements management (functional and technical requirements, Use Case, User Story, technical tasks).
• placing business requirements goals into the technical specifications for the developers. 
• cooperation with the developers on the process of change implementation (consulting and clarifying the requirements).
• consulting and clarifying the requirements both to the Client's team and the development team.
• preparing the documentation for the developed functional.

You are supposed to be responsible for formalized requirements in the form of an Epic \ User Story with accompanying documentation.

Experience and skills:

• minimum 2 years of proven result-focused experience as Business Analyst in IT Projects.
• ability to act independently and responsibly and provide 40 work hours per week. 
• experience of working with Agile teams and processes, practical knowledge of the main Scrum/Kanban principles and ability to implement them in your work.
• proven skills of collecting and formalizing business requirements, writing technical documentation.
• ability to conduct interviews with the Client, capture the requirements and translate them into the terms of the technical assignment (visual forms, text forms).
• ability to present the results of your work in an understandable way of explaining and demonstrating for all the project participants (both for technical team and business owners).
• strong knowledge and experience of working with tools for collecting and analyzing requirements: CJM, User Story, UML, wireframes, etc.
• experience of working with  Atlassian Jira, Confluenсe, Miro.
• strong knowledge of system and functional analysis.
• English: C1-C2, (you are supposed to communicate with a client directly).
