Responsibilities

• Work with customers (users). The specialist determines the needs of clients, prioritizes tasks and divides incoming requests based on potential importance for the client's business.
• Designing and solving the task. The business analyst develops the concept of solving the task, drawing up documentation, technically prescribing all the nuances. Sometimes it can be the construction of TK, the formation of accompanying documentation or the development of a prototype. Management and development teams can be involved in creating a concept and setting tasks.
• Control of decisions in the implementation process. The business analyst constantly communicates with developers, designers, and management regarding the finalization of the product in order to ensure the needs of users and the implementation of customer tasks.
• Strategic analysis and product management. In the IT sphere, a business analyst better than anyone else understands product capabilities and market needs and can offer top management new solutions for company development and increasing the efficiency of business processes.

• Determination and validation of client requirements;
• search and analysis of the target audience;
• identifying pain points of clients and finding appropriate solutions and their validation by focus groups;
• analysis of the market situation, SWOT, 4P;
• creation of project documentation in Confluence (Technical writing);
• use of Epics, User Stories, User Story Mapping, MVP, and SMART methodologies;
• effective communication between all project participants;
• writing client surveys, working with focus groups.
• analysis of business needs of the customer;

• interaction with the development team to develop and coordinate approaches to the implementation of functionality;

• formulation of criteria for testing new/changed functionality.
