Business Analyst in Smart Hires

As a Business Analyst, you will do:

- Work closely with stakeholders, product designers, UX writers, product managers, and engineering team

- Conduct requirements documentation, validation, and support

- Propose possible solutions to a product task / UX issue, negotiate with stakeholders and engineering

- Conduct competitive analysis, competitors researches, user behaviour researches

- Organize presentations and demos related to your work

- Participate in backlog grooming & prioritization

What we need:

- 2+ years of working experience as Business Analyst

- Excellent soft skills (negotiation, presentation, communication, etc)

- English B1-B2

- Practical experience with BA tools and activities (BRD, user stories, functional decomposition, competitors analysis, etc)

- Attention to details in everything you work with

Nice to have:

- Experience working with Confluence and Jira

- Technical background and/or understanding of how web products work
