3DLOOK’s AI-powered mobile scanning solution for e-commerce companies enables consumers to find the right size/fit and visualize what clothing looks like on them before purchase, after uploading just 2 photos of themselves from any smartphone. It increases conversion, decreases returns of apparel, and improves customer engagement. ### Requirements ### • 2+ years of experience as a BA in the development team; • Ability to structure and analyse big amounts of data using MS Excel or similar tools; • Experience in preparing comprehensive reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data; • Experience with UML, Use Cases, Business oriented story writing; • Strong skills in writing requirements specifications, documentation, acceptance criteria; • Experience working with Jira and Confluence; • Understanding of basic SDLC; • Excellent written and oral communication skills; • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English; • Critical thinking and attention to details. ### Responsibilities • Collaborating with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications • Creating appropriate solution documentation that allows the team to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary. • Generating reports from single or multiple systems. • Analyse data and deliver results to team members in a compact and well- understandable manner using charts and diagrams. • Create functionality requirements, clarification & specifications for new projects. ### We offer ### • Stock option plan; • Investment in your growth and self-development; • Competitive compensation; • 20 working days of paid vacations and paid sick leaves; • 10 remote days each month and one remote month from another country per year; • Foreign language classes inhouse and communication with native speakers; • Online fitness with a corporate trainer; • Modern and conveniently located offices with good working conditions; • Corporate, social and cultural events.
