Type of employment: Remote contract work with part-time employment, from 3 to 6 months with the possibility of extension

Who we are: Alpha Serve is a software developer that creates enterprise solutions to improve the business processes of companies around the world. Our goal is to become a leader in the development of applications for such platforms as e-Commerce, Atlassian, etc.

Project: You will work on building a full-fledged CRM application inside Jira, developing a product that is intuitive for users and integrates effectively into the existing Jira ecosystem. The project involves close cooperation with the UX designer and the development team.

Who we're looking for: We're looking for an experienced middle/senior business analyst with deep business analysis and product requirements skills. The ideal candidate has experience with CRM systems and is able to effectively document and describe functional and business requirements. The ability to work with a UX designer and maintain communication with the development team is a must.

Expectations from the candidate

Knowledge and skills:

• Strong knowledge of the BA Body of Knowledge (BABOK) , including business analysis best practices and methodologies.
• Experience working with CRM systems, knowledge of functionality and interaction logic.
• Skills of creating, documenting and managing requirements, describing business processes, designing functional schemes and data structures.

Skills and technologies

• Confident command of tools for documenting and organizing data : Confluence, Notion, Google Docs.
• Experience working with mind maps in any convenient software.
• Knowledge of Balsamiq to create basic prototypes.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum) is welcome.
• Proficiency in teamwork tools: Jira, Trello, Slack, Google Meet .
• Experience using AI tools to simplify data analysis and documentation.

Soft skills

• Strong communication skills, the ability to find a common language with designers, developers and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, attention to details and structure in work.
