Back End PHP Developer in Solar Digital

We’re thrilled to expand our team with an awesome, new member. This time, we’re looking for an ambitious Back-End developer to join our Solar Digital family

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience with PHP7, 8
• Experience with Laravel/Symfony
• Basic knowledge of Vue. js and other JS frameworks
• Proficiency in MongoBD, ElasticSearch, Meilisearch and other databases/search engines
• Strong knowledge of MySQL (Complex queries, Subqueries, Indexes, Query optimization);
• MySQL: ability to administer, write complex queries, normalise/denormalise, index, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Git;
• Understanding of OOP and SOLID, DRY, KISS principles
• ORM: Eloquent / Doctrine.
• Experience in consuming and building Web Service APIs (REST);
• Jira Cloud, Confluence, Figma, Docker, sentry. io
• Strategic thinking and decision-making approach
• Excellent communication skills
• English speaking and writing skills at an intermediate or higher level

A BIG plus

• Experience at CI/CD, pipeline and other modern build and deployment tools
• Writing tests using Laravel Dusk, PHPUnit, Behat or similar frameworks;
• Code reView experience
• Payments experience (WayforPay, Fondy, Twilio etc)
