ASO Team Lead/Project Manager in AppCake

✅ What are you going to do?

• Development of a project strategy and its adaptation by the development team with the team

• Making key decisions on processes and the team

• Monitoring the implementation of plans

• Participation in the process of recruitment and adaptation of employees

• Dissemination of successful experience within your team and company

• Coordinate part of the team (5-15 people)

• Promotion of applications by keywords on various platforms + tracking/analysis of results

• Exploring various promotion tools

• Study/analysis of target audience of each application.

✅ What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of experience in ASO marketing

• 1 year of experience in leadership positions

• Experience in building workflows

• Ability to clearly set goals and focus on the result of work

• Ability to motivate the team

• Experience working with a distributed team is preferred

• The constant striving to improve the level in project management is welcomed

• English from C1

• Experience in project management in Jira

• Development of technical specifications

• Experience in search and analysis of keys, compilation of semantic kernels
