Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in mobile development
• Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
• Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
• Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
• Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
• Experience in building a Mobile app in Kotlin language
• Big desire to grow in cross-platform development
• Understanding and experience in CI/CD concept and implementation
• Strong experience in estimation and planning
• Knowledge and experience in software design- analysis, concepts, design patterns, methods, documentation, and presentation
• English level (both Spoken and Written) is Intermediate or better

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the scrum team consisting of developers and testers
• The main point of contact to the customer Scrum Master and PO.
• Facilitated Scrum events such as Daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective
• Support customer and backlog grooming
• Advice customer on application architecture and support most difficult bug resolution.
• Product Backlog Refinement & User stories creation
• Facilitate estimation of User stories
• Take responsibility for product development as a whole
• Work with the product owner for requirements capture and clarification
• Estimate and plan execution with the team
• Deliver high quality and well-verified products
• Coach other team members in solving engineering problems
