Who are we looking for?

An expert who will help systematize businesses, which will increase the capitalization of the company. Our ideal candidate:

• is able to analyze business needs;
• has experience in the formation and implementation of business processes;
• has experience in maintaining developed standards and business processes in an up-to-date state and is able to improve them;
• has experience in implementing graphical modeling tools (BPMN, UML);
• has experience in improving labor productivity and preparing business for scaling;
• has developed consulting, business communication and coaching skills;
• has planning, organization and time management skills.

What challenges and responsibilities await you?

• systematization of work in the company and preparation of the system for scaling;
• monitoring of processes and their updating as needed;
• design of business processes and org. schemes;
• development of processes to increase labor productivity;
• design of internal business process standards;
• facilitation of the emergence of business processes according to standards in each team and their implementation;
• consulting and team training.

What can we expect in the first month of work?

• audit of our systems;
• a step-by-step plan for the company's digitization and tools for this have been formed;
• digitized organizational structure of the company;
• improvement of one business unit, so that it is possible to evaluate its result and added value in a practical plane.

What are the working conditions?
