Duties
• Search and identify potential affiliates & reactivate old ones
• Perform various marketing activities to promote partner programs (on social media, forums, etc)
• Participate in affiliate marketing online/offline events
• Participate in developing affiliate program strategy and defining KPI’s
• Monitor competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions
• Keep affiliates up to date on program and product enhancements
• Identify new active partners, potential opportunities to co-marketing, case studies, etc
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to fulfill affiliate program needs: developers, UX designers, graphic designers, software testers, content specialists

Must have:
• Knowledge of the different performance-based pricing models (CPA/CPL/Revenue Share)
• Sales mind, quick at learning highly driven and motivated
• Fluent English
• 3+ years experience in Affiliate Marketing in gambling products on Europe markets (Tier 1)
• Ability to work with statistics and conduct superficial traffic analysis
• Ability to analyze, identify effective traffic funnels
• Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, e-mail marketing and understanding of the different traffic sources types
• Ability to consider the effectiveness of the actions (KPI)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in cooperation with webmasters / advertisers / affiliate programs
• Effective negotiation skills; analytical skills, stress resistance
