Description:

Job responsibilities-

• Acquire product knowledge, Understand the nature of customer tickets,support and handle customer tickets. Analyze and understand the Product issue for the relevant Project . Plan tasks and activities to prevent such issues in future and resolve the issues to self serve the customer.
• Self Service Engineering Team, which will help make self service pipeline and automation to the ultimate level, so that customers don’t need to come to Adobe for their project related issues.

Requirements:

Experience 2-5 Yrs

• AEM experience, particularly project development and deployment, and infrastructure configuration, required for at least some lead members.

Technology stack:

• Programming languages: Java and/or Javascript preferred; Go lang a plus.
• Kubernetes or other container technologies
• Terraform or other automation and code as infrastructure technologies
• Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or other monitoring technologies
• Distributed applications, high-availability, networking, performance, security
• AEM experience, particularly project development and deployment, and infrastructure configuration, required for at least some lead members.

Engineering experience:

• Debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks.
• Platform as a Service development and operations

Preferences:

Java + Kubernetes, AEM(Adobe Experience Manager), AEM + Java

Need to monitor and maintain AEM operation, performance and integrity.
