A position - Partner Success Representative - is opening in our team.
English language proficiency level from Upper-Intermediate.
Knowledge and skills we expect:
1. 1+ years of experience in the position of Account Manager/Sales Manager/BDM, in IT companies that provide outstaff/outsource services;
2. Understanding and experience in forming the need for further sales (Cross-sale/Up-sell);
3. Strong negotiation, listening, communication, persuasion, presentation and time management skills;
4. Experience of working with Enterprise level clients and communication with the top management of companies;
5. Knowledge of the English language at the spoken and written level
6. Proactivity, focus on results;
7. High level of self-organization and ability to work in a team;
8. Stress resistance and the ability to find an approach to different people;
9. Confident user of MS Office 365, MS Teams, Jira and others.
The results we expect from you:
1. Support of existing clients in the Manufacturing, E-commerce markets (international and large local companies);
2. Maintaining close communication with clients — building trusting relationships;
3. Creating sales forecasts and tracking progress during each quarter;
4. Conducting face-to-face and online meetings with clients to strengthen relationships and assess current client needs;
5. Expanding the scope of cooperation with clients, selling additional services — Cross-sale/Up-sell;
6. Coordination of commercial issues with clients (cost review, etc.) and extension of contracts;
7. Monitoring the provision of services to clients to ensure their satisfaction and efficiency;
8. Control of accounts receivable and resolution of issues related to it.
