What will be included in the duties:
— Reception of incoming customer requests;
— Management of relations with clients, including regular communication, identifying their needs and providing solutions;
— Provision of consultations to clients;
— Control of payments;
— Communication with the Linkbuilder team.
Necessary skills for work:
— Experience in the field of account management or sales from the 1st year;
— Confident PC user;
— Ability to work with a large number of tables and data;
— Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level;
— Knowledge of SEO will be an advantage;
— Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with various clients;
— Responsibility, initiative and results orientation.
