Account Manager in Soft Industry Alliance

Knowledge and skills we expect:

1. 1+ years of experience in the position of Account Manager/Sales Manager/BDM, in IT companies providing outstaff/outsource services;
2. Experience of working with Enterprise level clients and communication with the top management of companies;
3. Knowledge of the English language at the spoken and written level (B2 and above)
4. Stress resistance and the ability to find an approach to different people;
5. Confident user of MS Office 365, MS Teams, Jira and others.

The results we expect from you:

1. Support of existing clients in the Manufacturing, E-commerce markets (international and large local companies);
2. Maintaining close communication with clients — building trusting relationships;
3. Creating sales forecasts and tracking progress during each quarter;
4. Conducting face-to-face and online meetings with clients to strengthen relationships and assess current client needs;
5. Expanding the scope of cooperation with clients, selling additional services — Cross-sale/Up-sell;
