We are looking for talented artists of the ** middle + level. ** If you are a specialist in this area, have both artistic and technical skills, want to become part of a strong team and work on various and interesting projects, then we are looking for you! ** We make characters for concepts and for game engines, that is, for us, the following are catastrophically important: ** * Compliance with a concept or photo-reference 1 in 1, shapes, proportions, number of elements, their arrangement, style! * Anatomically correct shapes and proportions * Clean sculpt for future baking. Without any unnecessary strokes and the like - examples of what we consider to be a "pure sculpt" can be viewed in the portfolio of Room 8 Studio on Artstation * Simulation of clothes in Marvelous Designer, working with crises and winter modeler, Hardsurf modeling - if the style of the project requires it or character concept * Working with retopology for animation with polycount according to TZ, optimal retopology of the body and face for animation for PS projects from 3rd person * UV according to TOR, observing paddings, texel, without pulls and distortion * High-quality baking (normal, AO, etc.) without jambs * Texture in Substance painter, according to the concept. Colors and materials are exactly the same as on the concept, without black shadows, extra spots, bruises under the eyes and the like.
