We are looking for a confident and creative 3D Artist with both popular 3D packages and freehand texturing skills. ** Tasks: ** * A wide range of tasks for creating game 3D models of characters and environments using Maya and ZBrush very close to sketches (development of high-poly / low-poly / scan / texturing / preparation for implementation in Unity); * Working with internal tools; * Collaboration with the art director, mechanics designers and other members of the art team; * Hand-paint texturing; * Understanding and developing the requirements for the content produced, working in accordance with these requirements, the ability to convey them to others. ** Requirements for the candidate: ** * Experience in game development for at least 2 years; * Ability to follow and correctly interpret / refine the concept ideas; * Skills of hi-poly modeling and sculpting; * Skills of low-poly modeling, UVW mapping, normal baking; * Strong knowledge of 3D packages Zbrush, Maya \ 3dsMax; * Confident proficiency in the packages for texturing Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Coat; * Skills of creating Handpaint textures by hand; * Skills of creating Stylized diffuse only textures, as well as PBR materials; * Understanding of the theory of color, lighting and composition; * Skills in the topology of game models for animation and specified constraints; * Mandatory presence of a portfolio with Handpaint and stylized works. ** Will be a plus: ** * Knowledge of the basics and understanding of the features and specifics of Unity 3D; * Ability to create tiled textures using Substance Designer and Adobe Photoshop. ** Working conditions: ** * Probationary period - 3 months; * Professional and personal development; * Competitive salary; * Willingness to complete the test task; * Monthly team activities; * Paid vacation - 24 days; * Paid sick leave; * Free work schedule 8-hour working day; * Ideal workspace; * Office 10 minutes walk from the metro; * Cookies, fruits and drinks; * Ability to work remotely during a pandemic.
