I stayed at this company for two months, and that was more than enough. One of the senior managers is incredibly toxic and seems to have her hands in every part of the business—even areas that are no longer her responsibility. She constantly oversteps, interferes with departments she shouldn’t be involved in, and creates chaos where there should be clarity.
The turnover rate is shocking. I personally witnessed people leave after just a few days—the shortest tenure was literally three days. It’s not hard to see why: this manager is not only controlling and micromanaging, but also manipulative enough to influence the owner into making poor business decisions that demoralize the team and disrupt progress.
There’s a complete lack of trust in employees. Instead of empowering the team, this manager breathes down everyone’s neck, questions every move, and treats skilled professionals like they need to be babysat. Resignations happen weekly—people come in hopeful and leave frustrated, burned out, and disillusioned.
If you value your mental health and professional growth, I strongly advise you to stay far away from this place until serious leadership changes are made.
