Product related specifics: This product survives 4 major pivots from the weekly food and nutrition planner to the tinder-like swiper of cooking recipes. The major challenge was to combine real-time machine learning and user patterns of interface interactions for the best recommendation results (including onboarding and cold start of AI).

Product related specifics: The task was to redesign an existing solution and improve the overall performance of the product (internal conversion etc). We have conducted multiple interviews to prepare a best solution for displaying complex investment information in a simple to digest interface for both experienced and amateur investors. 

Creation of components, product design system, flow design, prototyping, product design, control of front-end developers, participation in usability testing.

Product related specifics: We have organised and conducted 4 iterations of interviews with more than 30 people representing target audience and in 3 iterations delivered a product interface of an innovative product people intuitively understood how to use in only one month. The greatest challenge was to conduct all necessary a product-solution fit research and testing in a tight schedule investors were agreed to (the deadline for the entire product development was 4 months only).

Product related specifics This affiliate marketing software should reflect and optimise current company operations, include and reorganise existing legacy functionality, functionality isolation between independent departments. At the end the project took 200+ pages of technical documentation, 18 figma files, and more then 2000 screens of the interactive prototype.
