1. Medical App project - ios app from scratch Main goal was to create the most convinient medical app, that is both simple, intuitive in use and functional. To find out more about users’ experience a lot of research was conducted. After general popular medical apps analysis qualitative and quantitative interviews were held. Insights were used to create persona, JTBD, empathy map and Kano model. As next step user flow and mindmap were done. All the information was analyzed and paid attention to while creating the app. When passing Maze testing potential users noted the convinience and clarity of the application. 2. Rijksmuseum - website redesign Main goal was to make different design of my favourite museum, more modern and simple. User interviews were conducted in order to understand which features are crucial. After CJM the prototype was made and tested. It helped to avoid mistakes and to make concept better.
